A4 Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet that allows users to store, exchange, and send cryptocurrencies. As an addition to the wallet’s built-in services, the company designed a P2E game, letting users earn tokens by walking, learning about financial markets, and completing other tasks. A4 Wallet was entering the P2E market at a time of downturn and required help with attracting players.

THE CHALLENGE

The challenge was to launch a closed beta test of a P2E game and get 3,000 fresh users to download the app and begin playing before the game’s official release.

THE SOLUTION

In order to achieve the objective, we focused on creating an environment that fosters enthusiasm among the community members. We selected high-quality social media channels for organic audience engagement with Discord forming the backbone of the community.

By incorporating game-like elements into the Discord server, we crafted a more immersive and rewarding experience for all users. Gamification mechanics such as badges, rewards, and levels created a sense of accomplishment and progress for members, which in turn motivated them to stay engaged with the community and app. Additionally, we put a particular emphasis on community management efforts through personalization and integration of services such as Zealy.
