THE CHALLENGE
When Brighty.app came to us, their social media engagement was low, there was no cohesive visual identity, and their digital presence fell short of reflecting their actual capabilities. Our mission was clear: fix three things that matter most. - Build and grow organic traffic through social media - Develop a trustworthy visual identity that reflects the product's ambition - Launch highly profitable performance marketing for both B2B and B2C In the fintech space, trust is the ultimate currency, and earning it requires more than good copy. We partnered with Brighty.app to tackle this exact challenge: how do you generate authentic, organic reach and UGC for a digital finance product?
THE SOLUTION
Our first and crucial step was a complete visual overhaul. The "before" played it too safe and was rather generic and even stale, while the "after" is sleek, expressive, and unmistakably tech-savvy. - We moved away from static, corporate aesthetics to a dynamic, bold visual language. Today, every asset pops. - We designed a system where bright colors, confident typography, and clean product shots communicate innovation at a glance
Unlike fashion or travel, people don't naturally post about their fintech app, so we had to give them a reason. By pairing a fresh visual identity with a UGC strategy that demystified complex topics, we created campaigns that invited participation, turning passive users into active advocates and building a library of authentic UGC that no paid ad could replicate. To extend Brighty.app's discoverability beyond social, we built out a dedicated blog and implemented a full SEO and AEO strategy, thus optimizing not just for traditional search rankings, but for visibility in AI-generated answers and search experiences.
